Projects range from two week selective repairs jobs; up to year-long siding projects. We are currently looking for multiple laborers to join our team for projects in Seattle and Kirkland. Candidates must understand construciton basics include power tool operation; have reliable transportation and a clean record to work on these occupied homes. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $24-$32 per hour depending on experience plus paid medical insurance after 60-day evaluation period & 401K with company match Common tasks and desired skill-set include: • Selective demolition of stucco, gypsum and framing. (Must be able to wear mask, hearing protection and operate grinder or saw continuously.) • Must be able to work from scaffolding or pump jacks up to 6 stories high. • Assisting carpenters with Densglass and or plywood sheathing placement. • Carrying of materials to installation areas. • Assisting in the installation of windows. • Application of sealants and paints • Flagging traffic and unloading of trucks.
