Description: YBMG is seeking a full-time Irrigation and Landscaping Specialist / Yard Worker with proven experience. Compensation is $20 per hour. Responsibilities and Requirements: • The candidate must have experience with timers, panels, valves, irrigation heads, etc. • The candidate must have experience with grass, plants, shrubs, trees, etc. • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and planting shrubs, flowers, and grass in good condition year-round, changing or replacing them when necessary. • The candidate will be responsible for keeping all areas clean. • The candidate will be responsible for installing crushed granite or stones where needed. • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the irrigation system at 100% functionality. • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. • The person must be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • The candidate must have a car. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete safety training classes conducted by the company. • The candidate must be kind and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must have integrity and always be professional. • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders up to 6 feet high. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
