HVAC Retrofit Installer/Installer (Woodinville)

HVAC Retrofit Installer/Installer Full time position, 40 hours Pay DOE $25-$55 with a 90-day review and then reviews annually Duties - Installation and fire off on a variety of equipment including but not limited to: - Furnaces and Air Handlers - Heat Pumps and A/C units - Ductless Mini Splits - Wine equipment - Water source Heat Pumps - Hot Water Tanks - On-Demand Water Tanks - Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers - Boilers (not required but a bonus) Licenses and qualifications: - Drivers license and the ability to be insured - 06A or 06B (or booking hours to sit for the test) of valid training card - EPA is preferred but not required Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: - Great customer service - The ability to work on their own as well as in a team setting - Positive attitude - Promptness and great attendance - Some computer knowledge - Organizational skills - Good communication - Ability to make decisions on a job as problems arise Skills required: - Brazing - Unit evacuation and fire off - Low voltage wiring - Sheet metal fab (minimal done here but still needed) Benefits: - 401K with employer matching funds - PTO & Paid holidays - Health/Dental/Vision Insurance - Take home vehicle and company provided cell phone - Uniform shirts We are a medium sized company and we do a variety of installations from homeowner retro installation to builder driven jobs from the ground up.
