Brake & Clutch in Ipswich, MA is looking for an experienced individual to install equipment on new Ford trucks. Installs include snow plows, service bodies, dumps and accessories. We are a small, family owned and operated business with 60 years of professional, high quality work, serving the greater New England commercial work truck industry. And we are growing! Responsibilities: • Assemble and install truck bodies, equipment and accessories on light duty trucks. • Assemble and install snow plows on light duty trucks. Qualifications: • Truck body and/or snow plow installation experience, preferred. • Some welding / cutting experience, preferred. • Must have some basic mechanic hand tools. • Some working vehicle knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, preferred. • Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record. • Demonstrate ability to work independently and follow detailed written instructions. • Able to lift and move approximately 35 pounds, with appropriate assistance. Year round job, full-time, with flexible weekday hours and opportunity for OT and Bonus Work. Paid holidays, vacation time, medical/dental/vision & company matching 401k. The nature of our work is unique and we train on the job. Mechanical or hands on experience required. Welding experience not required but welcome, many of our projects do not involve welding. Bilingual a plus. Pay: Starting at $25 per hour or commensurate based on experience. Must have valid driver's license.

As Lead Scenic Installer you’ll be tasked with communicating and building confidence with the onsite client and will represent CommuniLux Production and InProduction onsite. The Lead Scenic installer will also work alongside and direct venue staff, production staff, productions carpenters, and local labor to install equipment provided by CommuniLux and InProduction. As lead scenic installer you will oversee, lead, and manage other CommuniLux installers while onsite. Key Responsibilities: Install, teardown scenery, staging, carpentry, flooring, drape, and other staging elements in various indoor and outdoor venues. Manage, lead, and instruct onsite installation team and local labor to install and strike staging and scenery. Prep, tech and label all scenic pieces at shop prior to shipping with shop staff so you know and understand how scenic parts go together. Work with shop foreman and project manager to understand drawings and contracted deliverables to ensure you know everything that needs to be packed and installed onsite. Safely deliver, unload, and load trucks with staging gear and elements. Read stage layouts, scenic specifications and blueprints. Prep and pack tools and equipment needed for onsite. Develop and check load lists and pull lists with Project Management team. Assemble scenery, walls, SEG frames, staging, and drape using hand and power tools onsite.
