Small, growing shop with excellent reputation looking to hire an experienced technician that has to work on German (BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Porsche) and Japanese (mostly Subaru, some Toyota and Honda). Must have own tools, solid work ethic, and experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Experience diagnosing electrical and communication with a Scope is a big plus that will earn increased pay. Must be OK with occasional heavy line work in addition to routine maintenance and larger repairs. Install wiring and circuits; provide disconnects and meters per NEC / OESC. Install upgrades to load centers, decommission knob-and-tube systems, and install electrical connections to mechanical systems. Supervise and train Apprentices as required. Complete all necessary paperwork. Meet Neil Kelly safety standards. Apply knowledge of electrical codes (required) and familiarity with Oregon Solar Installation Specialty Code. Perform additional responsibilities as directed.
