Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Residential Wireman or Journeyman Card.
