SRO Housing Corporation seeking qualified Senior Facilities Manager candidates who are comfortable working in the DTLA Skid Row community. The successful candidates will be highly experienced in Maintenance, workplace safety, and data driven management and leadership. A background in budgeting; internal and external repair evaluations and collaboration with departmental leaders. This includes performing routine and/or preventative maintenance inspections of buildings systems, and equipment to ensure compliance within the limitations imposed by state, county or city ordinances, codes or law material handling equipment systems. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as be able to influence, and develop relationships at all organization levels. This position provides technical leadership and mentoring to a Maintenance team of at least of 25 staff. Skills: Comfortable working in the Skid Row Community; customer service; budgeting; staff management; working knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools; fire safety; drywall repair; plumbing and electrical; installation of lighting; hanging doors; flooring repair; painting; assigning work orders and completion follow-up.
