Responsible for the safe, effective, and profitable operation, installation, maintenance and repair of all heating and cooling equipment on Camp Pendleton and assisting in work in other areas as needed. • Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite • Schedules, directs, and provides technical support for HVAC techs and GMW’s. • Works with team to create profitable and accurate internal work. • Working with the QC dept reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards • Organize and perform training and ongoing support for tech/ maintenance teams • Participates in interviews for GMW’s and Technicians • Working with SSHO ensures safety compliance • Works with PM on inhouse quotes and Sub-contractor quotes • Complies with service standards, work instructions, Admin documentation and customers’ requirements • Work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice. • Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. 10 yrs. experience as Lead/Mgr.
