📦 Floral Designer – $17/hr to Start (with Opportunities for Growth) – Full Time – Cranbury, NJ 🌸 We’re a fast-growing online floral brand based in Cranbury, NJ, and we’re looking to add a Floral Designer to our creative team. If you love working with flowers, have an eye for detail, and enjoy a friendly, supportive work environment, we’d love to hear from you! 💐 What You’ll Be Doing: Creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for orders Assisting with seasonal and holiday arrangements (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) Preparing flowers and materials for daily production Helping keep the design area and workspace organized Collaborating with team members to meet daily order goals 💰 Pay & Schedule: Starting at $17/hour with opportunities for growth Full-time: Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities available during peak holidays Room to grow for reliable and creative team members ✅ What We’re Looking For: Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn floral design Must speak English (Spanish is a plus!)
