Perform other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor. Qualifications 1–2 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred (apprenticeship experience accepted). Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques. Ability to climb ladders and perform physical site work. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage: $22 – $35/hour (commensurate with experience). Health insurance and paid time off offered after a trial period.
