We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our residential renovation team. Must have real experience with Drywall, taping, patching, prep, priming, cutting in clean lines, rolling, and all types of interior and exterior residential painting. Provides assistance and support to the Property Manager in identifying maintenance issues and suggests when appropriate a course of action on repairs. 7. Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times. Reports back to the Property Manager any maintenance, safety, and resident issues that are seen during maintenance calls to the property.
