Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors. Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, procurement, budgets, and coordination with field teams. Provide ongoing cost control, change order management, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management. Proven success in winning and managing commercial and light industrial projects ($50K–$1M). Proficiency with electrical estimating software (such as Electric Ease, McCormick, Accubid, or ConEst). Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Strong understanding of NEC and WAC, construction practices, and project management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Commitment to quality, safety, and team development. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Pay: $22–$25/hr, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Trim Installation: Install various types of trim including baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, window casings, and cabinetry. Precision Work: Accurately measure, cut, and fit trim pieces to ensure clean transitions between surfaces and a polished, professional finish. Exterior Work: Install exterior siding and windows with attention to detail and durability. Interior Work: Hang sheetrock, install vinyl and insulation, and assist with final-stage construction tasks. Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
