You show up, do quality work, and get paid on time. Pay: $30–$40/hr based on experience Location: Brecksville, Independence, Broadview Heights, and nearby Schedule: You pick — 5 to 30+ hrs/week Work Includes: • Drywall, painting, light plumbing & electrical • Lock and fixture installs, home repairs • Optional: Jobs tied to our maintenance program or home-buying service (higher pay for those who help drive business) We’ve found that this role often appeals to experienced tradesmen who’ve been in the game a while — maybe you’re semi-retired, maybe you just want to focus on the work and not chase down payments.
