PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Must have a vehicle capable of carrying a 20 foot extension ladder, sheet-rock, or cabinetry. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions. Must utilize personal hand and electrical tools. Shared, rotation 24/7 Emergency Service Coverage. Benefits typical of a small company. Responsibilities to include: Carpentry Repairs and other general maintenance tasks to oversee a portfolio of community associations. After Hour Emergency Services Calls. Rotating Schedule for Emergency Service calls or site visits. Other duties as assigned. General Description of Job Function: 1. Visit properties as required and perform assigned tasks. 2. Coordinate any third party contractor(s) as needed to stabilize an emergency situation at hand. 3. Immediately reports to Property Manager major emergency issues, and reports minor issues to the Manager the next business day. 4. Reviews as requested by the Property Manager work performance of outside contractors. 5. Interfaces with clients/residents on maintenance issues. 6.
