*****TIME IS RUNNING OUT***** We are a full service low voltage company looking for: Install Technician $20.00 per hour Must have vehicle and basic tools. Ladders, drills, hand tools etc. Service technician up to $30.00 per hour. Must have a vehicle tools and knowledge of low voltage procedures 5yrs experience with cameras, burglar alarms, Access control, networking and phone systems. Some electrical. Must be able to work alone or in a group and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Please note what position you are applying for. All positions require: All positions are 1099. Residential Development and Construction firm looking for a Construction Project Manager. Focused mostly on pre-construction and keeping the job moving while it’s active. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and understands how to bring structure to complex custom projects. Qualifications: - 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in concrete, structural shells, or residential development - Strong working knowledge of permitting, inspections, and Florida Building Code - Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and pool plans - Excellent communication and leadership skills—comfortable directing subcontractors and supporting field crews while staying primarily office-based - Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management platforms This is a hands-on management role—not just paperwork. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, solve problems in real time, and keep momentum from start to finish.
