We do the following: - Bathroom and kitchen fixture installs/repairs -Residential/Commercial water heater installs/repairs - Gas, water and sewer pipe repairs/replacements - Boiler troubleshooting/installations - Sewer and drain work You will perform these tasks using quality parts with professional tools resulting in a quality, long-lasting and aesthetic installation and a completely satisfied customer. MUST be able to do code level work. There is an on-call rotation. Position requires one night of duty per week and one Saturday per month. Looking for a person who has experience hanging ceiling fans and lighting. Need someone who, after initial training, is able to work on their own. The job consists of going to the office in the early morning and driving a company van to appointments for the installation of ceiling fans and lighting. Almost all of the installations are done in local residences so it is imperative that this individual deals well with people and is respectful of their property. Additionally, this person would be responsible for collecting payment and writing invoices.
