Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in an auto repair setting - Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair (European cars a big plus) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment - Comfortable with repair order writing and shop management systems.
