Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors. Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, procurement, budgets, and coordination with field teams. Provide ongoing cost control, change order management, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management. Proven success in winning and managing commercial and light industrial projects ($50K–$1M). Proficiency with electrical estimating software (such as Electric Ease, McCormick, Accubid, or ConEst). Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Strong understanding of NEC and WAC, construction practices, and project management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
