Accessible Project Management: Benefit from project managers who are available to address any questions or concerns during installations, facilitating seamless communication and efficient problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Expert installation of Carpet, LVP, Laminate, Wood and Tile flooring materials in various settings. Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure top-quality service. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. What We Require: Experience: A minimum of 2 years in carpet/flooring installation. Transportation: Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment. Tools: Possession of personal installation tools. Flexibility: Dependable with the ability to adapt to varying project needs. Background Check: Willingness to undergo a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. Additional Requirements: Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees. Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations. Position Details: Type: Contract Earning Potential: Depending on your availability, up to $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year!
