Blue collar steel is looking to hire a qualified ironworker foreman who has at least 5+ years of foreman and welding experience. At BCS the Ironworker working foreman will supervise and coordinate the work crew. The Ironworker foreman must understand support and adhere all company policies, jobsite policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe work environment. The foreman will have strong leadership qualities to motivate others to perform at their best and be able to communicate with Project Managers, Superintendent and customers. Pay range: DOE

Position Summary The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and concrete construction activities for a project in Guadalupe, CA, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has project management experience in civil construction and/or concrete work, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. The role will require regular travel to the Guadalupe site and occasional regional travel.
