Bowling Center Mechanic / Pinchaser Wanted (Federal Way)

Job description: As a Mechanic / Pinchaser at Secoma Lanes you’ll work on bowling pinsetter machines to help ensure they are performing properly and safely. This is an entry level position and on-the-job training is provided. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY? – Troubleshoot repairs on bowling equipment – Perform and log preventative maintenance on bowling equipment – Troubleshoot technical issues with other equipment in the facility – Help maintain the venue’s appearance through established facility cleanliness standards – Help with general building maintenance and repair – Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop POSITION REQUIREMENTS – Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use and handle tools to perform work – Mechanically inclined and curious about how mechanical devices work – Self driven – Attention to detail – Work well within a team environment – Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills – Ability to perform work on ladders and work with equipment weighing up to 250 pounds – Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management
