Looking for a person who has experience hanging ceiling fans and lighting. Need someone who, after initial training, is able to work on their own. The job consists of going to the office in the early morning and driving a company van to appointments for the installation of ceiling fans and lighting. Almost all of the installations are done in local residences so it is imperative that this individual deals well with people and is respectful of their property. Additionally, this person would be responsible for collecting payment and writing invoices. English skills important....Background check showing no felonies is a must.......Referral letters are helpful for us in the hiring process. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Care for established landscaping and lawns by mulching, mowing, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, trimming, and edging around flower beds. • Inspecting and repairing irrigation systems. • Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. • Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs, and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools. • Gather and remove litter throughout the property. • Have reliable transportation. • Strong communication skills. • High standard of integrity and professionalism. • Ability to pass a background check. • Drug free at all times. • A high school diploma or GED required. • Benefits including medical, dental, optical, & paid vacation and 401K available.
