Park Avenue West is a conventional apartment community in Portland, OR with 202 units. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. A Maintenance Assistant’s primary role is to assist and support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property/ies listed above. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. We are a telecom construction company based out of CA, OR, and WA looking for an experienced Directional Drill Locator/Operator/Laborer to join our team in Portland. This role is responsible for guiding horizontal directional drilling operations for the installation of underground conduit and utilities. Must be able to use locating equipment to track the drill head, maintain bore profile plots, and help plan safe drill paths around existing infrastructure. We're looking for someone who takes safety seriously, communicates well in the field, and enjoys hands-on work with a crew that works hard and respects each other. This position requires prior experience with HDD locating systems and a solid understanding of ground conditions, tolerances, and safe worksite operations. A valid driver’s license is required.
