🔧 Experienced Electrical Helpers wanted! Reno, Sparks, Tahoe Area (Reno)

Battle Born Electric & Solar is hiring 1–2 skilled electrical helpers for subcontractor/1099 work. This is not a W-2 position—no company truck or insurance is provided. We’re looking for reliable, experienced electricians who can operate efficiently with oversight, bring strong troubleshooting ability, and deliver clean work that meets code. ⚡ Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on electrical experience (residential or commercial) Some understanding of NEC code and safe electrical practices Capable of troubleshooting, service calls, running conduit, layout, remodels, and rough/trim work (Solar electric tie in and Battery Backup experience is a big plus!) Able to follow directions, install with craftsmanship, complete tasks independently, and represent the company professionally Must work clean, communicate clearly, and show up prepared 💰 Pay: $25–$35/hr Rate depends on experience, Reliability, craftsmanship, and ability to keep jobs moving. 🔨 Types of Work You’ll Be Doing: Residential remodels & custom homes Service work & troubleshooting Subpanels & main panel upgrades EV Chargers Generator hookups Low-voltage and lighting installs Solar Electric Tie in's to equipment and main panel and Battery backup equipment As we continue to grow, W-2 employment is a goal for the future—but only if we find the right people who take this trade seriously and help us build a strong pipeline of work.
