Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use. Other duties as necessary. Schedule: Monday- Friday 5 pm to 2am Pay Rate: $23- $25 an hour Requirements High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry. 3 years of prior experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or multiple locations. Building, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience a plus! Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement. CRM experience preferred.
