Willett Whiskey Hosts are responsible for creating fun, welcoming guests and ensuring each guest is made to feel valued. Whiskey Hosts provide an entertaining, accurate education about whiskey production, history and the premium Willett family of brands.  Hospitality, serving others and gratitude are paramount values for the Willett family.  Consequently, Whiskey Hosts personify the signature Willett family variety of hospitality. WWH reports directly to the Hospitality Manager and will also receive direction and support from the Hospitality & Merchandise ED.  Primary Responsibilities  Greet guests warmly and provide helpful instructions. Develop and guide walking tours of the historic Willett property and conduct educational product tastings.   Serve customers, providing thoughtful product recommendations based on consumer preferences, facilitating purchase transactions and stock products. Maintain the inviting appearance of the property by regularly cleaning, organizing and replenishing surroundings. Assemble and serve a limited menu of coffee and espresso drinks for customers.   Assemble and serve a limited menu of cocktails for interested customers. Provide hospitality and  table service to guests utilizing the patio area.  Perform daily logistics and cleaning tasks each morning and before closing.  Look for efficiencies, improvements and creative solutions to improve the guest experience Requirements Whiskey Hosts serve as the company’s liaison to consumers and as such the importance of this position to the overall success of the organization family cannot be overstated.  The ability to establish relationships and guide a memorable experience beyond replication is central to this position.      Must demonstrate an unwavering positive attitude, with a strong commitment to honesty, work ethic and selfless teamwork.
