Identify and resolve supply chain risks by working directly with brokers, suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics carriers to mitigate cost and service impacts. Develop and execute logistics strategy that adapts to business needs, driving cost reductions, service enhancements, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement. Deliver accurate supply chain forecasts in partnership with Finance to support company-wide planning and decision-making. Support innovation and new product launches by partnering with Product Marketing and Development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through effective process improvement and project management. Align production operations with demand forecasts, lead times, and supplier capacity through detailed planning and scheduling. Embed quality and compliance by collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to uphold cGMP standards, product integrity, and continuous quality improvements across the supply chain. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Lab, Pharmacy, Fulfillment, Medical, Finance, and Marketing to improve speed-to-market, pricing, processes, and supply chain transparency. Establish and achieve supply chain KPIs in customer service, transportation, inventory, and cost-to-serve, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Develop and manage supplier strategy, including sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor relationships, and cost management. Leverage technology and process design to reduce product and freight costs, our largest cost drivers. Promote performance and development through strong leadership, collaboration, and measurable outcomes across the supply chain team. Represent Curology externally with suppliers, logistics partners, and 3PLs through travel and relationship management as needed. Ensure transparency and consistency in all supply chain practices, fostering trust and alignment across the organization. Requirements 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership with experience in e-commerce, consumer products, and/or retail. Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of building trust and credibility across diverse teams.
