Main Purpose The main purpose of this role is to provide onsite support for setup, operation and tear down of interpretation equipment and client liaison for interpreters and clients for live events. Main Responsibilities Provide proper care and management of the equipment. Conduct an inventory before and after the event. Report equipment or client problems when they occur. Label broken equipment for diagnosis and repair. Report loss of equipment immediately after event, if applicable. Provide professional and timely service to all clients. Effectively communicate with team members and arrive on time. Manage the budget for the event and report hours and expenses to manager. Requirements Educational Background High school Audio-visual school graduate preferred, but not required. Professional Experience Experience working Audio Visual and Interpretation equipment is a plus. Experience working with PCs, Zoom and basic networking. On-Time Management a must. Ability to learn to operate, set up, and tear down interpretation equipment. Customer service skills Ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 35 lbs.
