TRP is seeking a Traffic Control TMA Driver to become part of our Highway Striping Team, and to share our Core Values of increasing road safety of the traveling public and delivering the highest level of precision Requirements ·         Delivery, set-up, and/or installation of Traffic Control equipment and signage to ensure the safety of the traveling public. ·         Perform and complete all work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production. ·         Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. ·         Inspect trucks before and after use. ·         Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms, and ensure equipment is in working order. ·         Maintain proper safety equipment and uniform required for each job. Physical Requirements: ·         Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds to 100 pounds. ·         Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. ·         Noise level of the work environment is moderate to loud. ·         Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Residential Security Agent (Full Time)
We will be accepting applicants for the full time position in San Anselmo, CA only. The Residential Security Agent (RSA) an essential role in the overall security program and will be responsible for the safety and security of personnel, assets, facilities and information for the company and at our Private Estate. The RSA will monitor a variety of technologies, including access control, video surveillance and alarm systems, to provide security service and threat elimination. The Officer will respond to security related incidents, medical crises, safety incidents, natural disasters and other emergencies and dispatch security officers, police, fire, EMS personnel and other services, as required. The Officer will be responsible for constantly touring, observing, and maintaining perimeter security of the property and providing a physical presence at all times. Duties and responsibilities also include investigating incidents, escalating situations to appropriate parties in the Security Operations Center (SOC), filing incident reports and other elated protective duties. Additionally, The Agent is responsible for the effective and efficient processing of all information relevant to the security operation which includes but is not limited to:  effective distribution of phone calls, executing and receiving notifications, effective distribution and action of all information received electronically via email, intranet, service requests, shift activity logs and incident reports. As an RSA, you may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays and a considerable amount of time outdoors; you may also be required to travel domestically and internationally.
