They will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identify and implement solutions, and document and record technical procedures. As the Quality Control / Maintenance Technician, you will perform rental property inspections to ensure homes are professionally cleaned, identify damage, troubleshoot systems, and perform general maintenance repairs.
