Responsibilities Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history. Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available. Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices. Ensure the examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general office software. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Patrolling and observing the surrounding Budget Suites community and notating any concerns with the Property Manager. • Observe and report any suspicious persons or activity to the Property Manager immediately and to local law enforcement authorities if necessary. • Watch for irregularities, fire hazards, leaking water pipes and/or malfunctioning equipment/machinery and reporting those irregularities to the Property Manager immediately. • Record patrol times and presence of unauthorized personnel directly to Property Management. • Detailed written reports are required nightly. • Pick up any debris in road or common areas while patrolling the grounds. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Ability to travel to different properties required. • Provide parking enforcement by tracking parking violations within the community. • Create community awareness by patrolling the entire grounds. • Observe and report criminal activity to law enforcement agencies as required. • Strong communication skills. • Prior police or military experience preferred. • High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. • Drug free at all times. • Ability to pass a background check. • A high school diploma or GED required. • An ability to lift up to 25lbs.

This individual will utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate patient insurance coverage. This work will need to be performed according to established policies and procedures. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members and all other medical professionals.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Notes patient arrival in Practice Management System (EMR). Identifies patients by date of birth and name in computer system and creates new account if patient is not in the system. Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to patient’s appointment. Calls “No Show” appointments to reschedule, makes appropriate notations in Practice Management System and sends letters to patients when necessary. Optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone and comforts patients by anticipating their anxieties and answering their questions. Helps in emergency situations by quickly responding to patients in distress by using good reasoning and judgment. Reviews Practice Management System (EMR) for information that needs to be updated. Works with patients to obtain updated information and accurately enters information in Practice Management System (EMR). Identifies payer sources, verifies insurance eligibility, financial status and assigns correct payor type. Verifies if prior authorization from insurance is required; notifies Billing Department, if required. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized. Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient copays and/or balances at check in/out. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, and reports changes as needed. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed. Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills. Answers the telephone in a timely and polite manner. Communicates with patients, visitors, providers, and team members in a courteous, professional, cooperative and mature manner. Other duties as assigned by Practice Manager or Area Practice Manager. Our company supplies 10 different restaurants with coffee and we own the equipment. We are looking for a service technician that can service the equipment on a as need basis during your free time ( assuming you have a full time job elsewhere ) This is a great side gig for someone who is a kitchen mechanic or has experience in repairing and calibrating coffee equipment. The equipment is mostly BUNN and CURTIS brand.
