About the Role We’re hiring field IT technicians who can confidently support a wide range of tech needs for residential and small business customers. This includes troubleshooting PCs and Macs, resolving network issues, and repairing or configuring printers/scanners — including issues like Canon MF printer network setup or G-series ink absorber error codes (e.g., 1700). You’ll be dispatched to customer sites, work independently, and complete service calls efficiently and professionally. The Mental Health Clinician provides clinical mental health services to all age patients/families in the Institute for Family Health.
