As a Retail Sales Representative, your main goal is to drive sales of telecommunications products and services. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our offerings, strengthen your sales techniques, and maximize results through strategic upselling—all while providing exceptional customer experience. Qualifications · 1+ year of experience in retail, wireless, cable, or telecommunications sales preferred. · High school diploma or GED required. · Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. · Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems. · Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. · Willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius of the home store (reliable transportation required).
