To complete our creative and dynamic team in Denver, CO, we are seeking a: Repair & Logistics Specialist (100%) Starting date: as soon as possible Your role: As the Repair & Logistics Specialist, you will play a dual-role critical to Flyability’s continued growth in the Americas. You will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on drones and payloads locally while executing and optimizing day-to-day logistics operations. This role is essential to our ability to serve an increasingly demanding customer base and maintain operational excellence in the U.S. market. What you will own: Repair & Maintenance (50%) Diagnose, service, and repair Elios drones and payloads in-house, following Flyability repair protocols. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, diagnostics, and spare parts usage. Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and turnaround times. Minimize drone downtime by reducing the need for international shipments and avoiding further delays for customers Collaborate with Flyability SA's team for escalated issues and documentation updates. Logistics & Shipping (50%) Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including drones, spare parts, and payloads for both direct customers and resellers. Manage inventory and stocking levels of high-demand components. Prepare shipping documents, ensure accurate labeling, and coordinate with international and domestic couriers. Implement and refine processes established by the central Logistics team to ensure consistency and compliance. Monitor and optimize logistics costs in close collaboration with the global supply chain team. Coordinate customs clearance and ensure adherence to U.S. import/export regulations. Requirements Your profile: Proven experience in technical repair and maintenance, expertise in complex electromechanical devices is a strong asset. Technical degree or certification in electronics appreciated.  Familiarity with warehouse logistics, international shipping, and inventory management is a plus. Experience with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar ERP/CRM systems is a plus. High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
