We are seeking a lively and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead engaging soccer classes at a local daycare/schools! The Coach will guide children through playful and educational activities while maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with kids (as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and genuinely enjoys being around children. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can expect to lead 3–6 classes per week, with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Our Coaches give individualized attention to help every child succeed. Our Coaches create a fun, pressure-free atmosphere by using a non-competitive approach. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to motivate kids, celebrate achievements, and build confidence. Should be enthusiastic, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive. Ability to establish and maintain strong connections with directors, teachers, parents, and children. Responsible for keeping class rosters organized. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation.
