Fall 2025 Internship: Social Media Intern to Founder & CEO Location: Florida Keys/Miami Duration: September – December 2025 tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic rising seniors from accredited colleges/universities who are eager to kickstart their marketing careers with an in-person fall internship! As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Founder & CEO, working across marketing, content, and brand initiatives while learning directly from industry leaders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love all things social media, and want the chance to collaborate and brainstorm with a creative team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day social media tasks including: concepting, filming, and editing TikToks, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and other short-form content, community management, content scheduling, and trend monitoring. Support creator gifting, sendouts, and storefront updates (ShopMy, Snapchat, and link-sharing platforms) Help with general administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, preparing materials, and maintaining content trackers Create Canva collages and visual assets to support marketing, social, and content initiatives Participate in team brainstorms to generate ideas for upcoming campaigns, events, and activations Requirements Must be a current student of an accredited college, rising seniors preferred Ability to be in-person in the Florida Keys/Miami area (minimum 2x a week) during the fall semester (September–December) Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, storefront tools, and linking platforms (ShopMy, Snapchat, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to tasks Our Perks: Gratis!
