About the Position This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering competitive per-report compensation. Appraisers begin with a 90-day period to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards. In select markets, high-performing appraisers may be considered for limited salaried staff appraiser roles following this period. These positions include performance-based bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits, and are not guaranteed but may be offered to those who demonstrate consistency and align with long-term company goals.
