This is a full-time position. In this role, you will provide individualized therapy services to children in the comfort of their homes. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working alongside a supportive team of professionals. Responsibilities: Travel to patients’ homes within a specified area in Oakland county, MI Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients Plan and conduct engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions Maintain timely and accurate documentation Communicate effectively with families about progress and treatment goals Develop and instruct home exercise programs for continued care Coordinate scheduling with families based on mutual availability Collaborates with other professionals involved in the child's care Participate in monthly team meetings Requirements Qualifications Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current Michigan PT license (required) Pediatric Physical Therapy Experience: Minimum 1 year Must be able to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Benefits: Continuing education credits Flexible schedule License reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Travel reimbursement Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
