Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting, specifically in OPIR systems Proven track record of leading complex systems engineering projects and cross-functional teams Experience with government standards and frameworks such as DoD, NIST, and ICD requirements Secret Security clearance is mandatory Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred Domain experience with remote sensor systems or ground architectures, especially experience with OPIR sensor processing. Experience supporting systems engineering programs in the defense and aerospace fields Experience with Agile software development methods. Familiarity with the Earned Value Management System.
