In this invigorating role, you will help drive the success of residential multifamily energy efficiency initiatives. As an Outreach Representative, you will be instrumental in forging connections with property owners, managers, and residents to advocate for energy efficiency programs and incentives. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with property ownership and management groups, as well as relevant trade organizations and market partners, ensuring a steady flow of energy efficiency projects. You'll inspire participation in energy audits and utility rebate programs by effectively communicating the benefits of our programs through engaging meetings, presentations, and outreach events—ultimately enhancing program awareness and involvement. Moreover, as the Outreach Representative, you will assist participants in navigating program requirements and facilitate the application process for incentives and rebates. With every initiative, we are at the forefront of driving impactful change. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct outreach activities to multifamily property owners, managers, and residents. Generate leads into the multifamily program based on program guidelines Educate stakeholders on energy efficiency programs, incentives, and benefits. Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, and events to promote program participation. Assist property owners and managers in understanding program eligibility and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline outreach strategies and improve program effectiveness. Track outreach activities, maintain records, and prepare reports on program engagement. Provide support to applicants during the application and approval process for incentives. Interprets program guidelines and incentive participation pathways and provides ongoing support to contractors and contractors, including guidance on local building regulations, as well as opportunities for maintenance staff to pursue building operator certification trainings.   Other duties as assigned. Requirements A minimum of 4 years’ experience in outreach, sales, and/or community engagement. Previous experience with multifamily programs/operations and energy-efficiency outreach is preferred. Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners, property management, service providers and contractors. Demonstrated experience in networking, presentation skills and relationship building. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools.  Must be a New Jersey resident Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Preferred skills, education and experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical acumen regarding multifamily building science principles and technologies.  Client centered and customer service focused. Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences, including both speaking and writing.  Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and programs is beneficial. Experience in outreach, sales, or customer service roles preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work.  Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $59,500 - $85,700.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. Safety & Health Specialist - Construction
The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist ensures all managers and supervisors insist on the maximum safety performance and awareness of all workers under their direction by enthusiastically and consistently administering all safety and health policies and procedures established in the CS Energy Environmental Health & Safety Program. This position is responsible for the implementation of the project-specific health and safety plan and for the daily coordination of EHS activities with the Project Management Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and ensures they are implemented. Ensures site compliance with specified safety and health requirements including federal, state and local laws, as well as OSHA regulations and all aspects of the HASP. Ensures all environmental, health and safety operations and policies comply with the applicable government, program, contract and task order requirements. Ensures the Project Supervision enforces the EHS procedures and policies and address non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors and vendors. Develops site specific orientations based on the CS Energy health and safety plans. Ensures proper personal protection equipment (PPE) is available and worn by project personnel. Attends Foremen's meetings and the planning huddles to ensure the project is pre-planning for safety. Leads the delivery of the weekly safety meetings. Lead site teams in effort to “ZERO INCIDENTS” daily. Performs regular onsite EHS inspections. Recommends corrective action, if required, and follows up on deficiencies. Ensures all project documentation is being completed correctly and ensures it remains available on-site (i.e., Daily Reports/Field Notes, Safety Audits, Daily Safety Meetings (Take 5), Accident Investigation, Weekly Safety Meeting, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), SWPPP inspections). Interfaces with the company's insurance provider, OSHA and the client on all job inspections and EHS-related issues. Coordinates with the occupational physicians regarding employee injuries, work status and employee appointments. Documents the case in detail until the employee is fully released. Performs accident/injury investigations and recommends corrective actions. Delivers OSHA, DOT, and EPA required training Requirements 3+ years of relevant EHS experience in the industrial, construction or environmental fields with progressively greater responsibility, with a focus on injury prevention, contractor safety programs, equipment operation safety, electrical safety and loss/damage control. Certified or pursuing certification as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or advanced degree. Has developed and delivered OSHA, DOT and EPA required training. Has completed an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Course. Working knowledge of Safety and Health Standards and regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.) and how to apply them to specific tasks/activities. Trained in Accident Investigation, HAZWOPER, Excavation/ Trenching, Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, Scaffold Safety, Fire Protection and Electrical Safety. OSHA 510, preferred. Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills a must. Strong verbal and written skills. Strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities. As a Behavioral Healthcare Specialist you will provide direct patient care to geriatric, adult, adolescent, or child patients with psychiatric disorders; to ensure the safety and well-being of these patients; to support the maintenance of therapeutic milieu. *Pay Range: $21/hr. to $30/hr.
