Shift: 11am - 7pm CST Pay: $14.50/hr Duties/Responsibilities: Handle all inbound calls to the organization; determine the purpose/screens and directs to the appropriate department or team member. Routes messages and escalations to the appropriate department or team member Schedules appointments, reschedules as needed. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Professional Experience: Required: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Support, Administrative, Healthcare Reception, Provider Office, or Patient Relations role Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience Preferred: Active Clinical Multi-State/Compact License Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Positive, uplifting personality with a natural ability to handle and deescalate escalations Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures Fundamental experience working with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience: Associates' Degree or equivalent preferred Work Environment: Work is performed remotely, hardware provided, and the employee fulfills the internet requirement to company standards. Baristas are highly skilled in creating craft coffee drinks and various other beverages. Position Type: Part-time Hours: 20-25 hours per week as required Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus tips Responsibilities: Welcomes customers by determining their names, coffee interests and needs. Educates customers and promotes sales by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and other products offered, answering questions and concerns. Prepares and serves coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc. Generates revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products. Maintains inventories by replenishing all items on the stock list. Communicates and coordinates with the Bethel Kitchen team concerning stock of food product and baked goods Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; observing and reporting any differences in quality, performing preventive maintenance, abiding by cleaning procedures, etc. Possesses strong cash handling skills, opens and closes tills, balances bank bag, and daily tip reporting. Improves quality by studying, evaluating, and presenting new processes; helping implement change; maintaining and improving the appearance of the shop and lobby area. Updates job knowledge by reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks and pursues knowledge of trends and market standards. Enhances coffee shop reputation by moving in a spirit of excellence and ownership. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
