We’re looking for a California-licensed C-36 Plumber to serve as our Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) — a senior-level role where your license will qualify Osta to perform plumbing work while you continue to do what you do best: deliver quality, code-compliant plumbing services. What You’ll Do Serve as RMO for Osta’s C-36 plumbing operations, maintaining active compliance with CSLB and California building/plumbing codes. Oversee quality control for plumbing jobs, ensuring all work is permit-ready and passes inspection the first time. Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including: Drain repairs and replacements Water heater installs (tank & tankless) Copper and PEX repiping Fixture installations and replacements Leak detection and emergency repairs Provide leadership and technical guidance to plumbing technicians.
