POSITION SUMMARY: The Mohs Histotech will play a critical role in providing high-quality histotechnical services for Mohs micrographic surgery, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality control in the processing of tissue specimens. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and cut horizontal and vertical frozen sections using the Mohs technique. Maintain and operate histology laboratory equipment, including the cryostat. Process, embed, and stain tissue specimens accurately following established protocol. Map and analyze tissue specimens as outlined in the applicable CLIA guidelines. Prepare slides for review by the surgeon, ensuring the highest quality for diagnosis. Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the histological processing. Accurately document all processes and results in the Mohs database and other required logbooks. Ensure proper tissue disposal and adhere to safety protocols as mandated by OSHA and CLIA. Collaborate effectively with surgical and clinical staff to optimize patient care and operational efficiency. Participate in internal quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the laboratory and clinical operations. Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent under CLIA guidelines for high complexity testing. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mohs histotechnology is required. Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Histotechnologist (HTL) is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the provider(s) during Mohs surgeries, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Monitor patient vitals and post-operative recovery, providing immediate care and support as needed. Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and updated in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing education regarding the procedure and post-operative care. Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold the practice's standards of care. Participate in patient education, explaining the significance of skin health and skin cancer prevention. Assist in general dermatology procedures as needed within the clinic. To lead the manufacturing cell in reaching output requirements through the efficient use of provided resources by following documented processes.  Support the key operating principles of Safety, OPEX, our lean journey, continuous improvement of our employee’s, our process, and our product.  Maintain a high standard of Quality in meeting our customer expectations. Controller – Development (Construction & Real Estate) Location: Onsite (U.S.) Schedule: Full time About the role We are seeking a Controller – Development to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple development projects and entities. You will supervise the development accounting team, own monthly close and GAAP financials, manage cash flow and bank draws, and partner with leadership on budgets, variance analysis, and long-term financial goals. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development accounting team; hire, coach, and ensure deliverables are met. Oversee full-cycle accounting: monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, GAAP financial statements, and subsidiary schedules. Prepare timely P&L and balance sheet reporting for all entities; support quarterly presentations. Manage cash flow forecasts and prepare monthly bank draw packages for development or syndication entities. Report project status on budget vs. actuals, purchasing, variance, and cost-to-complete. Ensure timely accounts payable processing and strengthen internal controls and procedures. Build annual operating budgets and pro formas; support audits and tax filings. Drive process improvements to streamline close and reporting and improve data quality. Qualifications: CPA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
