Job Purpose: The Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as the key facilitator and servant leader for a large-scale Agile program. This role ensures seamless collaboration across multiple teams, manages the flow of work, coaches stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement to optimize predictability, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Facilitate PI Planning: Plan and lead two-day in-person Program Increment (PI) events, ensuring logistics, ART backlog readiness, and team alignment with strategic objectives. Support PI Execution: Track metrics such as velocity and cycle time, facilitate ART synchronization events (ART Sync, System Demo), and promote DevOps and continuous delivery practices. Coach the ART: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members in Lean-Agile practices, fostering growth through effective coaching and guidance. Optimize Flow: Establish pull systems and flow measures, conduct value stream mapping to eliminate bottlenecks, and improve delivery of value across the ART. Drive Continuous Improvement: Facilitate Inspect & Adapt events and utilize tools like AgilityInsights TeamHealth Assessments to strengthen built-in quality and overall ART performance. Servant Leadership: Support teams with empathy, promote personal and professional development, and represent the ART in meetings and public forums. Required Qualifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) 6.0 certification – mandatory. Experience facilitating large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI Planning events. Strong coaching and mentoring skills for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams. Proven ability to track and analyze ART metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve flow. Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Preferred Certifications & Skills: Scaled Agile Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification AgilityInsights Facilitator Certification Familiarity with value stream mapping and Agile program metrics

Connelly School of the Holy Child is excited to announce an opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our Development Team for a day, ash they facilitate a Visual Arts project at our Mayfield Market Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8 am - 12 pm. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. Engage with parents and community members regarding the holiday project. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field preferred. The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Clinical Social Work (ASW) Intern in the state of California who is looking to fill their clinical hours for licensure by providing virtual individual therapy under a supervisor. The successful candidate must have proven experience working with seniors suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning. Your Role: Provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals according to discipline standards and in accordance with policies and procedures.
