Responsibilities Load and unload goods from trucks and containers efficiently. Sort and organize products in the warehouse as per the inventory system. Ensure all items are labeled correctly and packed safely for transport. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate the loading and unloading processes. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout shifts. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Benefits Starting pay is $18, after training its $0.08 per tire. The more tires you load the more money you make. Minimum two (2) years of experience supervising providers and other clinical staff preferred. Experience in underserved communities or in a community health center setting preferred. Qualifications: Proficiency in clinical practice within the specified medical specialty. For MDs or DOs, a willingness to collaborate with and provide supervision to NP/PA/CNM providers as required. Ability to travel to designated locations as required by supervisor. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, in collaborative settings, required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Understands and is committed to maintaining highest level of confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to staff and build the trust and respect of patients, staff, colleagues, and external contacts. Commitment to remaining up-to-date with evidence-based, best practices in internal medicine and community-based medicine Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends, as needed.
