Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Scottsdale, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday | Standard Business Hours Work Setting: On-site at Corporate Headquarters Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to local clinic sites Salary & Benefits Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays, sick leave, and PTO Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our corporate team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position plays a key role in overseeing HR operations, managing the employee experience, and supporting a growing healthcare organization across multiple locations. The Ideal Candidate You are a personable and solutions-focused HR leader with a strong understanding of compliance, culture, and operational efficiency. You value people as the foundation of every successful organization and know how to implement policies, manage employee relations, and foster engagement while maintaining regulatory and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and employment law Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, compliance, and employee development Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning initiatives Design and manage training programs that support career growth and company-wide compliance Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend areas for improvement Lead sensitive investigations and disciplinary processes with professionalism and discretion Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms Ensure consistent use and optimization of ADP systems for HR processes and recordkeeping Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Background in healthcare settings strongly preferred Proficient in ADP HR platforms In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law compliance, and conflict resolution Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven experience in policy development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives Apply Now If you are ready to bring your HR expertise to a growing organization committed to people-first leadership, we welcome your application.
