We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator Manager/Leader to lead, support, and elevate our 3-person Transaction team as they manage hundreds of homes from contract to close. If you’ve got leadership in your blood, a love for structure, and a serious thing for getting homes to the finish line — this is your gig. I manage a small flooring company and a small property management company, and I’m looking for a part-time assistant to help keep both running smoothly. The role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities at once.
