This role will be based in Portland Reports To: Director of Supply Chain Summary: The Logistics Manager oversees transportation and 3PL operations across all modes and channels, ensuring OTIF delivery, cost efficiency, and SLA compliance. Key responsibilities include carrier sourcing and negotiation, freight optimization, compliance with domestic and international regulations, and integration of WMS/TMS/ERP systems. The role drives exceptional 3PL performance, risk mitigation, and warehouse alignment while managing audits, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement across Distribution and Logistics. Lead end-to-end logistics operations across LTL, FTL, parcel, international freight, and 3PL networks; ensure SLA adherence, OTIF delivery, and cost-to-serve optimization.
