About the Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in SalesForce, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects. Although every project is unique, you might typically: Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them; Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc; Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning; Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly; Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.); Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes.
