Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent professional experience). · 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in wireless, cable, or consumer electronics. · Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. · Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools. · Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. · Willingness to travel throughout the market; valid driver’s license required if operating company or fleet vehicles.
